By validating the order, the Client hereby accepts the terms of that order as well as the entirety of the present terms and conditions, without reserve.

Article 1 – Purpose
This site aims to sell subscriptions for Xbox Live codes and Microsoft Points downloadable from the site in the form of scanned cards or, in rare cases, as a code displayed in text format. The codes are subscriptions for a period of 1 month, 3 months and 12 months. Microsoft Points Cards are sold in the form of: 800 points, 1600 points and 4000 points. The availability of cards depends on stock. A product that is not in stock cannot be bought since we deactivate the sale option if the code or card is not available.

Article 2 – Packages – Duration
The customer can buy the different subscriptions online for the duration of their choice: 12 months, 3 months and 1 month, depending on the price on the date of ordering. Once the code is entered, it will be consumed during the given period. Microsoft Points are available as 800, 4000 and 1600 Microsoft Points. Points will be credited upon confirmation of the code.

Article 3 – Costs and Payment Methods
Rates are based on access to Xbox Live, as indicated on the website. They are available at any time on the website

Article 4 – Access to Service
Access to is available 24/7 except due to cases of force majeure or maintenance operations. Should you experience difficulties in accessing the service, a support service for is available by email or phone as listed under “Contact Us”.

Article 5 – Internet Usage Rules
The Client hereby accepts the characteristics and limitations of the Internet and especially recognises: that the Client is solely responsible for his use of available information. Accordingly, may not be held responsible because of an obligation expressed or implied, as civilly liable, to the Client for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of such information; he has knowledge of the nature of the Internet, particularly its technical performance and response times for consulting, querying or transferring information; that the communication by the Client of his personal information or general information if considered by him as confidential, shall be made under his own responsibility; it is down to the Client to take all necessary measures to ensure that the technical characteristics of his computer enable him to consult such information; it is further down to the Client to take all appropriate measures to protect his own data and/or software from contamination by any potential virus that may pass through the site.

Article 6 – Cancelations and Refunds
Given the nature of the Microsoft Points and subscriptions that we sell, a refund is available but only after a period of 10 days. This is so that we can verify that the code has not yet been used

Orders may be subject to manual review. It may take longer than 30 minutes to get your code if verification for your billing info is needed.
